What the audit is

The 60-minute Contract & Strategy Audit is a focused review of the documents and information you provide. It highlights unusual or high-risk terms and gives you questions to raise with your seller, developer, agent, notary, or lawyer before you sign. It is based only on what you share with us.

What the audit is not

• It is not a guarantee of any outcome, or a guarantee that a property, seller, or transaction is safe or free of problems.
• It does not replace title verification, due diligence, or the work of a licensed Mexican attorney or notary.
• It does not include negotiating, representing you, or intervening in your transaction.

Independence

We work only for buyers and renters. We charge a flat fee for the audit and do not earn commissions from sales, developers, agents, or brokers.
