What we collect
- What you send us: your name, WhatsApp number or other contact details, the questions you ask, and any contracts or documents you share so we can review them.
- Basic technical data from this website: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when the page loads.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this page.
How we use it
- To answer your messages and schedule your audit.
- To review the documents you share and deliver the audit.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with developers, agents, or brokers.
Your documents
Contracts and documents you send are used only to perform your audit and answer follow-up questions. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who else may process your information
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us, WhatsApp processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Payment or scheduling providers: if we use one for your booking, it will process the data needed for that payment or appointment.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Under Mexican data protection law these are known as ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition). Send your request by WhatsApp and we will respond.
